No. 302 Bianchi Specialissima
Italy, 1960
Condition comparison at the example of a 1960 Bianchi Specialissima that first
was photographed like found and again after an intensely cleanup with the
goal keeping as much substance as possible without change or renew paint,
chrome, decals or any parts. Beside few former replaced or upgraded parts
like the Fibrax brake pads and some old paint touch ups only tires, chain,
front wheel and top race/cap of headset had been replaced: the orignal front
wheel was cracked and the top of the headset improper. Unfortunately we still
not found the really matching top race...
